  • The invited individual must opt in and accept the applicable Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy before participating as a WingMate

  • WingMate contact details are not used for marketing purposes

 

WingMate contact information is deleted when it is no longer required, including where a WingMate relationship is removed, a subscription is cancelled, or an associated account is deleted.

When you visit www.greenhalo.app or use the greenhalo application, we may automatically collect:

  • Billing is processed through Google Play Billing using Google Pay on Android devices and Apple In-App Purchase using Apple Pay on Apple devices, as applicable

  • Users can manage or cancel an active subscription at any time through their respective platform account settings in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store

  • Cancellation must be completed before the end of the current billing period to avoid renewal charges

  • Deleting the greenhalo application does not cancel an active subscription

7. Automated Processing and Profiling

We may use automated systems and tools to support features such as safety, moderation, fraud prevention, recommendations, or service improvement.

These systems do not produce legal or similarly significant effects on users without appropriate human oversight.

Scroll down and tap Delete Account

“Account Deletion Request”

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove:

  • Profile information

  • Photos and uploaded content

  • Chats and messages

  • Matches and interactions

  • Preferences and settings

  • Authentication and account identifiers

 

Some limited information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate compliance, safety, or dispute resolution purposes.
