Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation
greenhalo strictly prohibits:

any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE)

the creation, sharing, solicitation, promotion, or distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
-
grooming, exploitation, or any behaviour that endangers a minor
-
any attempt to use greenhalo to harm or exploit children
Any violation will result in immediate action, including content removal, account suspension or permanent ban, and referral to law enforcement where required.
In-App Reporting and Safety Mechanisms
greenhalo provides in-app tools that allow users to:

report inappropriate behaviour, content, or users

report suspected child safety violations

block other users
All reports are reviewed, and appropriate action is taken in accordance with our policies.
Addressing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
greenhalo takes action upon obtaining knowledge of CSAM, including:

immediate removal of offending content

suspension or permanent banning of accounts involved

preservation of relevant information where required by law

reporting to appropriate authorities in line with legal obligations
